Drawing Creative Space

Sometimes I get into a major drawing mode and start depicting whimsical ladies in my work. My husband was watching me draw this one and wondering what it was all about…what’s the story?

Hmm, sometimes I’m really not sure at all. The images come to my mind in a flash or sometimes they form slowly through the lines on the page.  I suppose it’s just a mix from all the thoughts in my head…subconscious mind telling me something? Hmmm…I decided that it’s perfectly fine to just do and not understand completely. Today will be all about doodling, going about whatever feels right and embracing creativity.  I must have faith in myself, right? Thanks for stopping by and checking out my creative space…I’ll also be getting some inspiration by visiting the other kootoyoo creative spaces. Ciao ciao and Happy Thursday!

I thought the head and the casa on top of the head looks cool though. I can imagine it will look pretty with colors once you painted them too :)

Awe, thank you! I hope it’s cute after coloring too…but I’ve always had this “problem” coloring within the lines as a kid…I’m so impatient sometimes! Will update…hehe…

I have to agree – just letting the doodles and images come out of you without worrying too much about the story is a great things to do – expressing that inner artist, right ? We are often too hard on ourselves about the end results, I think.
Thanks for your visit and your sweet comments about my journal.
    Happy Thursday !

Yes, the inner artists…something about how there’s this muse you can’t control and just have to let out. Very cool. Thanks for stopping by!

Thanks so much :) Oh the cat is one of my doodles that I make into digital stamps…I also love paper and hoard it…but sometimes manage to make cards and such with them. My attempts at destashing – because if you don’t use your stuff, it’s pointless!
