Illustration Friday: Haunt

For this week’s Illustration Friday topic, haunt, I immediately thought of a cute girl with a monster looming behind her. When I started drawing it out, the monster turned out a bit funny and not so scary in the end. Oh well! So I turned it around and thought about how we need to treat our monsters better, maybe they mean no harm… they might just seem scary from our preconceived notions, huh?

    And you’re right! Monsters don’t have to be scary :)
