This month I decided to watch the video interviews on CreativeLive by Chase Jarvis and get some daily inspiration, motivation and wisdom. I’ve decided to blog about the series, logging my thoughts and takeaways…

Day 13 creative genius – Gabrielle Bernstein.

I’ve certainly heard of Gabrielle Bernstein before, but never really got into following her. I don’t know much about her beginnings and work, but even the brief intro goes to show that she was a driven person and successful in her arena, even before she set out to do what she is famous for today. There’s something to be said about folks who just go for it. They obviously have the drive in them.

Although I wouldn’t consider myself a woo woo kind of person, I certainly understand there is power in those types of practices. I was really caught in Bernstein’s advice that goes something like – Intend to see with the lens of love, because you can reorganize your thoughts.

Seeking creative solutions.

It’s so true that really it’s all about looking for a solution, differently. Reframing or whatever you want to call it. Being creative about everything that you have to deal with in life, right?

This point really made me rethink what I always considered a bit too woo-woo methods and how they can possibly help with real world life situations. I was simply too quick to judge, I suppose. What do you think?
