I’ve been playing around with some of the effects in illustrator and really love the sketch effect for dots. I think it’s a really cozy feeling kind of design… perhaps because of the colors I have chosen as well? A very light, yet still bright color palette, I think. Is it perfect for the season of flowers of blooming nowadays?

Polka dots are definitely a basic motif, but super versatile and fun to use. Not only do I use these papers as a general background for journal pages, I also like to write in the white dots sometimes, as a journaling area. It’s all up to your imagination and creativity.
