I saw a faux envelope online that was just a white piece of cardstock with score lines, so I decided it would be a cute element for a card. I punched out a little heart – yes, I love them – to add on and then sort of got stuck.

I wasn’t really sure what kind of card I wanted to make and didn’t really want to spend a whole lot of time fussy around today. In the end, I decided to just go simple and sweet. A tiny little pearl finish notecard with a little note and my faux envelope with heart. That’s it.

I’ve realized that it’s the sentiment that counts, not the paper or product, even though we all have fun playing with paper. Less is more at times…I agree. So today I’m going simple…
